What is RSBA?

The fund is an exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that employs a hybrid management approach to achieve its investment objective by investing in two complementary strategies: an actively managed Bond strategy and a passively managed Merger Arbitrage strategy. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in (a) the Bond strategy and (b) the Merger Arbitrage strategy.
